·         Help user to locate and view information faster and relevant to their roles and responsibilities

·         Make information available to employee anytime, rather than by email

·         Serve communication vertically and horizontally easily

·         User can view information and data via web-browser rather than maintaining physical document, phone list, form. This can save the business money on printing, duplicating, etc.

·         Providing the employee with “live” changes. They never out of date
