1. Sign up : join an account
2. Sign in : process by individual access to a computer system
3. Sign up : leaving an access
4. Spam : unwanted e-mail, unsolicited e-mail
5. Encryption : translation of data into a secret code, protecting data from unauthorized 
     people
6. Compose : write new e-mail
7. Download : transfer a file from server to host , or from internet to your computer
8. Upload : transfer a file form host to server, or from your computer to the internet
9. Hacker : a skilled computer user who breaks into other people's computer to steal         
     information and corrupt data
10. E-commerce : consists of the buying and selling of products or services over electronic 
       systems such as the Internet and other computer networks
11. Teleconference : live communication that allows individuals in two or more locations to see 
      and talk to one another in a long-distance by a telecommunications system
12. Trojan horse : a virus that pretends to be a useful program. Example, you might download  
      what you think is a new game; but when you run it, it deletes files on your hard drive.
13. Worm : this virus simply reproduces itself rapidly, using up all available storage space 
      leaving no space of your data or program. This can lead to system slowdown or total 
      system failure. Example : I Love U worm
14. Software piracy : Illegal use or copying of software
15. Host : is a computer connected to the Internet or network
16. Firewall : a part of a computer system or network that is designed to block unauthorized 
       access while permitting authorized communications
